Aven is a 38 story apartment building in Downtown Los Angeles. This project was extensive in deliverables with everything from creating the initial brand (Logo, icon, tagline, graphics, color palette, typography, photography style, guidelines, & stationary suite), to exterior building signage, pre-leasing brochures, pre-leasing center graphics, and website design.

This creative is an unchosen route for a corporate rebrand for Cityview, a premier investment management and development firm based in Los Angeles that is dedicated to redefining urban living.
DECO is an apartment complex in the greater Denver area. I was tasked with branding the building from scratch including developing the name. The request was to create a brand that complemented the overall outdoor and active lifestyle pf their target audience in the Denver area.
The logo was developed have an industrial nod to the building materials proposed for the building of exposed steel beams, mountain chair lifts as decor, and a full bicycle and ski shop/room.

ESG specializes in engineering, building, operating, maintenance and technology and provide smart solutions in critical infrastructure around the world. The company differentiation and expertise comes from their interconnected insights, relationships and complementary services.
While working as Lead U.S. Designer for Agency TK I crafted some custom lettering for the agency for internal use and promotional items. I also created and hand painted gift boxes as an outreach to connect with new clients that contained one off custom wax seal stamp kits for each company along with our portfolio.

Rancho Cucamonga is saturated with Spanish influenced architecture & design. We want to step away from that world and create a differentiator; an early 1960's Palm Springs inspired look & feel.
Bold bright colors with a level of sophistication create a vibrant living environment to complement the Rancho community.

MineXEmpire is at the foundation of mining machines. The logo & brand needs to represent trust, expertise & security. Reflecting the early adopter, confident risk taker that would purchase one of the machines, while bringing confidence to MXE as the future of the mining space.

This is an unchosen branding route for The Pearl on Wilshire, an apartment complex in Koreatown, Los Angeles.
The Pearl represents itself through and encourages, wellness, tradition, harmony, and most of all happiness. The Pearl brand needed to complement for and function in a sophisticated design to create an experience that is felt beyond the interior walls and onto the street below. The Pearl celebrates Seoul through and through.

CenterCal Properties is one of the most active retail developers in the United States. This creative is a very small sampling of posters that were created for events happening across multiple properties. Most creative had at least 10+ deliverables between print and digital outputs per center.
