The Pearl on Wilshire
This is an unchosen branding route for The Pearl on Wilshire, an apartment complex in Koreatown, Los Angeles.
The Pearl represents itself through and encourages, wellness, tradition, harmony, and most of all happiness. The Pearl brand needed to complement for and function in a sophisticated design to create an experience that is felt beyond the interior walls and onto the street below. The Pearl celebrates Seoul through and through.

This is an unchosen branding route for The Gabe, an apartment complex in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Rancho Cucamonga is saturated with Spanish influenced architecture & design. We want to step away from that world and create a differentiator; an early 1960's Palm Springs inspired look & feel.
Bold bright colors with a level of sophistication create a vibrant living environment to complement the Rancho community.

First Beverage Ventures is the private equity arm of First Beverage Group, focused on investing in emerging beverage companies. These are some explorations for a new rebrand for the company based on the clients brief of wanting something “handcrafted”, easily approachable and less corporate.
